As your imagination inspires Elements Pergolas, it is important we can see the area you require it to be built in and gain a proper understanding from you of your requirements and measurements needed.
We will contact you and organise the best date and time to meet at your location.
What will the day look like:
- We will conduct an assessment of the ground that the pergola (s) will need to be placed on.
- Ask questions as to what you would prefer.
- Take measurements
- Fill you in on the process to come with its estimated time frame(s).
3. quotation process
Based on our visit with you, we would have gauged a price that would best get you to achieve all you’ve requested. We would request your information, such as full name, phone number, email and address.
A quote will be sent to you via email within two business days.
Then from the time you receive it, you can review it and relay any changes you would like to make back to us, and we can adjust until we confirm all details and can start achieving your vision.
Once all is finalised, you must provide a 50% deposit for us to proceed with ordering materials and the job.
4. waiting time
Once the deposit has been received, we will order the parts required for your pergola.
You will be provided with an estimated time frame of when the parts will arrive.
5. let the fun begin
Once parts have arrived, we will organise a date and time for us to attend to your location and then complete the project.
